Succession Leadership
As the largest demographic shift in history begins, the aging workforce is focused on organizational sustainability. Join us for the February ASTD MT Chapter Meeting where we'll discuss helping today's worker prepare for knowledge transfer.
Long-term sustainability is an on-going challenge for many organizations and individuals today. Financial challenges, changing markets, and an aging workforce are major concerns that put mounting pressures on leaders and workers alike. The past two decades have shown that employees’ ability and willingness to contribute to the organization is directly linked to the success of their life plan.
Mature workers are required to develop positive change, establish challenging opportunities, and create lasting programs/processes within the organization. Only if an employee’s plan for the future is valued and supported can that individual be fully vested. This 60-minute conversation offers six proven strategies to facilitate successful movement through programs and processes.
