Candice is currently a member of the Talent Management team at Nissan North America. Her responsibilities include project management, leadership development, training design and coordination.  More specifically, she designs and manages 360 degree assessments, accelerated development programs, and training for the Americas region. Candice has been in the training field for about five years.

Outside of work, Candice enjoys rock climbing, hiking, photography and live music. 

Candice has have lived in Tennessee her whole life and loves it here.  Candice enjoys volunteering at the zoo, although she's had to take a "leave of absense" due to her current workload.  

Candice served as Co-VP of Programs in 2009 and currently serves as Co-VP of Community Relations.  She serves to give back to the field and meet others in her field. Candice believes she's really learned a lot through the connections she's made with ASTD.
