FAKE WORK is just what you think it is: it is all about the meetings, emails, conference calls, and silly training that The Office makes fun of, but it is so much more. It’s what well-intentioned, hard-working people do every day. It targets the hard, dedicated, overtime, weekend, and committed work that adds no value because it is not linked to the critical work an organization needs to be doing.
