This Assistant Director at the Career Center position requires a BA and three years experience. 

As part of Vanderbilt Career Center's (VCC) commitment to support the Deans of the College of Arts and Science, Peabody College, Blair School of Music, School of Engineering, and School of Nursing, the Assistant Director will share with all staff the design and delivery of career coaching and services for students, alumni, and employers with the goal being to connect these important constituents for mutual benefit.

Under the leadership of the Director, Supervision of the Associate Director, and as part of the comprehensive Vanderbilt Career Center (VCC) team, this role has responsibility for coaching students and developing relationships both internally and externally to connect Vanderbilt students to opportunities likely in Engineering. Working in a team-based environment, the Assistant Director provides leadership, coaching, direction, and acts as a resource through active participation on cross-functional teams.
