Erin Evans

Erin is the Director of Affinion Performance Solutions for Affinion Group.  Affinion is the global leader in customer engagement - they support over 400 clients on an annual basis by designing and facilitating product and sales training sessions.  Erin doesn't get to facilitate training as much as she used to, but she leads Affinion's client e-learning initiatives and manages a team of 7 trainers.  Currently, she's working on rolling out an externally created e-learning module on 40 different Affinion products.

Erin's been in the learning field for nearly 15 years. The same length of time she's lived in Nashville after moving from from Orlando, FL. 

Outside of work, Erin loves to travel, see movies, and read. 

As for ASTD, she says she benefits from the professional development from our monthly chapter meetings, but primarily she enjoys getting the opportunity to meet new people.
